Tania Chomyk

B.Ed., M.Ed, PPCC

I am passionate about helping individuals realize their full potential for long-term happiness and success, inspiring them to be the best version of themselves.

I have spent a 25-year career rich in higher education (McGill University/Concordia/JMSB) providing human resources expertise across all functional areas including, recruitment & selection, organizational development & training, and talent management.  HR has taught me about how to listen empathetically, to observe behavior and to understand what truly motivates people to perform well.   My dedication in helping individuals achieve their very best is at the root of my motivation as I design solutions and programs to enhance employee motivation, performance and engagement and develop stronger relationships bringing out the very best in the people and the organization.

In 2017, I took a closer examination of my career and fulfilled my desire to deepen the helping role even further by pursuing the Personal and Professional Coaching Certificate at Concordia University.  This allowed me to become more self aware, to embrace opportunities of change and life transitions in a much more positive and meaningful way.  My highly optimistic approach and “can do” attitude to help individuals be the best version of themselves; to be more intentional with their choices and realize their full potential, is where my passion ignites.

  • I hold a Bachelor of Education (Vocational/English) and well as a Master’s of Education (Human Relations & Family Life) from McGill University;
  • I am a certified Personal & Professional Coach;
  • I facilitate and design training & workshops;
  • I am a Leading Meaningful Change Catalyst.

I strive to live by my credo and purpose each and every day and engage in community work and service. I am fluent in English, French and Ukrainian.

"It's all about communication, vision and alignment"
